We are fluent with Quickbooks (an accounting software) and can help you set up your accounts and post accounting entries for you. We believe in leveraging technology to allow information from your bank statements to automatically flow into your accounting system and thereby saving you time and money. We have also developed an application we call the Receipt Manager to keep track of cash receipts. The Receipt Manager allows you to simply take a photo of a receipt and email it to a personalized data based which we can use to post your accounting entries.
Our goal is to make Accounting and Tax easy for you so that you can focus on what you do best! We will sit down with you to understand your business and design an accounting system and procedure that will require the least amount of your time.
We are a strong believer of adding value and will meet with you throughout the year to review your financials so that you understand what the financial numbers are telling you and provide you with an estimated tax liability. This would therefore allow you to make informed decisions during the year to grow your business and take advantage of any tax incentives that will help to minimize your tax liability.

| Step 1: Take a photo of your receipt from your smart phone |

| Step 2: Email the receipts to docs@southloopcpa.com from your smart phone and the receipt will be filed and saved in your personalized database. You can login to your personlized databased and view or download your receipts anytime. |

| Step 3: We will monitor the receipts you uploaded and enter them into your Accounting system, so you don't have to worry about forgetting about a cash receip! |
